A perfect and balanced program starts with a comprehensive intake. In a personal evaluation we discuss your goal (s). And we make a plan of action.
During the first training sessions I make movement analysis, your flexibility, strength, motor skills and fitness are tested, in order to be able to get to work well prepared and optimal. We will regularly evaluate your progress and ensure the correct diversity, intensity and execution in your training. If desired, and if necessary, your dietary pattern is also examined.
